President

Mx. Lenore (they/them)

Mx Lenore (they/them) is a nonbinary queer Handler/Dom/Top from Cleveland, Ohio. Their biggest passion within the community is creating safe and inclusive spaces for ALL kinksters. They believe that kink is for everyone, regardless of gender, sexuality, identity, or expression. Kink should be accesible to everyone regardless of physical abilities, disabilities, experience and skill level. Their goal for QUICK is to foster a safe and fun space for ALL queers and allies.

They have given classes and demos on multiple kink skills, as well as consent and negotiations. They are a member of and and volunteer with multiple local kink groups, and are driven to foster connections and build bridges between the different Cleveland communities. They serve on a consent review board for another area kink organization.

They founded the Cleveland Critter Club, which is a group with a pet play focus and is welcoming to all pets, critters, and Handlers of all identities, genders, and orientations. They have been lovingly nicknamed "The Zookeeper" by all the critters, and have fallen in love with being in that caretaker role.

Kinky Interests: Non-rope bondage, duct tape, mummification, D/s, protocol, pet play, fisting, edging and orgasm control, impact play, objectification, sensory play and deprivation.

Vanilla interests: They are a respected and educated leader and mentor in their job in health care. They are a fan of horror movies, documentaries, ghost stories, conspiracy theories, cryptids (mothman especially), haunted places, historical sites, libraries, museums, cemeteries, and all things dark and creepy. When they are not organizing events, they are reading something new, creating art, or playing music.

Vice President

Papi (he/him)

Papi is from Akron, Ohio and is a more recent member of the local community. While Papi has been privately practicing a kinky lifestyle for over a decade, he became involved in QUICK in 2024, swiftly growing to care for the community it has built and the people who create it. Since joining the board, Papi’s focus has been on ensuring that QUICK remains a safe and enjoyable environment for all kinky folk regardless of orientation.

Kinky interests: impact, D/s, bondage, CBT, diapers, sounding, DaddyDom, edging, and generally pushing limits consensually.

Secretary

Dikaia (he/him)

Alpha Pup Dikaia, PhD first got involved in the Ohio leather and furry communities in 2018 and has since become an avid kink educator and outspoken community leader. As Mr. Ohio Leather 2024 and member of IML Class 47, he has found and mentored many up-and-coming leather leaders while being a vocal opponent of nepotism in leather communities. Drawing on his roots in academia, he has also worked to provide high-quality and accessible education regarding leather, kink, and fetish to learners of all knowledge levels, including several educational sessions at Cleveland Leather Annual Weekend (CLAW) and the International Puppy and Trainer Contest (IPTC).

He currently serves as a Board Member for CLAW and founded a monthly kink discussion group at the Case Western Reserve University LGBT Center. He currently serves as Treasurer for the Rangers and is an Associate Member of the Iron Eagles, Midnight Howl, HOIST, the Conductors, and the Windy City Pups and Handlers. He also co-founded the Ohio Leather Society—a grassroots organization dedicated to fostering sustainable and ethical leather leadership in Ohio—with his boyfriend and beta pup, Atlas. Dikaia firmly believes that the leather, kink, and fetish communities should be accessible to all and advocates that new community members be welcomed regardless of their level of experience or gear ownership.

He is also quite proud to be the first Mr. Ohio Leather to wear the title sash in the Anthrocon Fursuit Parade! When he's not out at community events, you can likely find him at your local golf course or nearest Skyline Chili.

Treasurer

Atlas (he/they)

Atlas has identified as a puppy since 2018 and is a strong proponent of amplifying marginalized voices while platforming up-and-coming leaders in the leather and pup communities. In addition to his new Member at Large responsibilities, he is also QUICK's Social Media Manager, President of the Rangers, and an associate member of the Iron Eagles, Midnight Howl, HOIST, the Conductors, and the Windy City Pups and Handlers.

Atlas co-founded the Ohio Leather Society—a grassroots organization dedicated to fostering sustainable and ethical leather leadership in Ohio—with his boyfriend and alpha, Dikaia. Atlas' mission is to make the leather community and puppy and pet play as accessible as possible for as many people as possible, and to make sure that community members, both old and new, have spaces where they can learn, explore, and grow.

At-Large Director

JCub (he/him)

JCub Hart hails from Columbus, OH and has been involved in the kink community in Cleveland since February 2023 when he joined QUICK as one of its founding members before serving as President (2024-2025). Ever since, he has found NE Ohio to be an incredibly welcoming second home. On top of serving as Mr. Leather Akron 2024 and Mr. Ohio Leather 2025, he is also highly involved in the Cleveland Pride Band. JCub works as a Data Analyst and is currently completing an Accounting Certificate from Columbus State Community College. These are all skills he is happy to share with QUICK as he can get off to a well designed spreadsheet or database just as easily as any scene.

At-Large Director

Takoda (he/him)

Takoda comes to Cleveland from a small town north of Pittsburgh, bringing with him a strong belief in education, consent, and the importance of creating safe, affirming spaces within our community. Growing up with limited options shaped his understanding of how vital chosen family can be; especially in kink and leather spaces where connection, trust, and visibility matter.

He has been involved in the kink community since 2019 and became active in the Cleveland scene in 2024. Takoda approaches his community involvement with intention, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help create spaces where people feel supported and seen.

Currently serving as Mr. Rust Belt Leather 2026, Takoda is committed to leadership rooted in responsibility, education, and care. He believes leather and kink families are strongest when we show up for one another; particularly for those who, like him, come from small towns where finding community isn’t always easy.

Within his chosen family, Takoda has worn many roles: dancer, stripper, puppy, trusted sibling, and more. Each experience has deepened his understanding of vulnerability, service, and connection. As a board member of QUICK, he looks forward to helping foster inclusive, informed spaces where people are supported in exploring who they are; safely, consensually, and without apology.

Non Kinky Interests: Traveling, Camping, Hiking, Connecting with Nature, Photography, Working Out at the Gym, Trying new Foods & Beers.
